Are mou boots waterproof?

Mou boots are water resistant and fine to wear in light snow and light rain showers, but they are not waterproof. please try to avoid walking through puddles and dust off snow, rather than leaving it to melt. if you decide to spray your boots before use, please use a recommended brand of suede protection spray and shake well before use.

How can i care for the materials in my mou shoes?

Calfskin, Antelope, Goatskin:
Using a bristle comb (or housebrush), brush along the nap. For heaving soiling use mild shampoo sparingly with warm water and a damp sponge. Wipe down, rinse and repeat with clean water. Towel dry and air-dry naturally.

Wool:

Using a damp sponge with mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly. Repeat damp sponge with cold clean water and dry it naturally.

Suede/ Double-face sheepskin:

You may like to spray double-face sheepskin boots before first wear by spraying with a silicon suede protector - please shake well before use. Maintain by brushing with a clean soft brush.

All the international size conversions are available in the size guide. the size given on the product sheet is the size indicated on the article by the designer.

Can i have additional information about the fit?

Our stylists indicate special fits that have arisen from photographic shoots or which are indicated directly by the manufacturer on the product sheets.
For products where this specification does not appear, we recommend that you buy your usual size by checking the international conversions in our Size Guide if necessary.

I saw an article that i like but i cannot find my size. will it be available shortly?

The available sizes of an article are all published on mou. Sometimes the product is replenished during the course of the season: we recommend that you register and put the article on your Wishlist which will make it easy for you to check its availability.

Where can i see all my order details?

In the Account section, it is possible to refer to all the details of orders in progress and past orders.

Can i make changes to an order that has just been concluded?

It is not possible to make changes to a concluded order or to incorporate several orders in one single consignment.

Can i change the delivery address of an order in progress?

For security reasons we cannot alter the address indicated for the delivery of the package.
